Fire Alarm Tester /Surveyor

Due to the continual growth and our desire to deliver to a new level of service for our customers we are continually looking for additional qualified staff.

We currently have a position available in our Hamilton branch for a Fire Alarm Tester /Surveyor with a background in the Fire Protection industry. 

We have a strong focus on developing our team and a positive working environment.

The prerequisites for this role is:   

  • Practical technical knowledge and understanding of fire protection systems of all types, have worked in the industry for some time and know the regulations and standards preferably with industry qualifications.
  • Work well without supervision and possess excellent time management skills
  • Understand that fire protection is about protecting occupants and their property thus an ability to show care and attention to detail is an essential trait.  
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile in customer service and demonstrate an understanding of the critical importance of communication.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Be a team player that will relish a challenge and understand the importance of being active and positive participants in a high performing team environment.
