About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring IT solutions support current and future business processes. You'll get to demonstrate your D365 experience to develop, enhance, optimise, and maintain D365 to meet business requirements.

You will also be working closely with people across the business to document their functional requirements and communicate how they will be delivered across releases. You will be working with internal customers in different roles including technicians in the field, supervisors and project managers, and senior business managers, so your customer focus will build a great reputation.

As a skilled communicator, you'll listen and ask questions to determine the issue or need. Having the ability to explain complex concepts and metrics to non-technical people will be your superpower! You'll support users with informal, and structured, training to ensure they can maximise system value and build confidence in any function.

You'll be involved in analysis and design, participating and where possible, facilitating the conversations (and workshops) to define, design, estimate, and schedule development tasks required to deliver the required functionality. You'll be the key Argus liaison with our preferred external providers to get the required work completed within time, scope, and budget.

Who are you? Key experience we are looking for:

  • 2-5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Business Central business solutions.
  • 2-5+ years of experience using Azure.
  • Power BI and Power Apps experience.
  • Experience in system design, build, and implementation, alongside project management
  • Experience and confidence in training others (individual and/or groups).
  • Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role would be beneficial.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritise work.
