Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 30 years' experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects including fire system design, installation and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems.

We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated, proactive and innovative individual to take on the position of Credit Controller.

This position is based in Penrose, we are looking for someone to join us in the New Year.

THE ROLE

  • Taking ownership of credit control.
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with our customers, Argus staff, and external advisors.
  • Leading the credit control team and ensuring processes are followed consistently.
  • Being a positive, willing, contributing, and adaptable member of the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Some previous financial services experience, preferably collections or lending. All levels of experience considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerically confident with excellent attention to details
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Warm and professional with the ability to empathise with customers
  • Problem solver with good listening skills.
